Additional Information and Allowances:
- One year warranty from general contractor to be issued at

- Buyer has the option to use one of our standard design office
floor plans. Any changes or alternate floor plans will require
the use of an Architect, the cost of which will be paid by

- Buyer shall pay all of their mortgage related closing costs.
